Do
you remember Disco? Today’s card brings
back the magic of that time, using the new Disco Fever stamp set, along with
the four new neon glitters - Electrified Yellow, Energized Orange, Exhilarated Green, and Exulted Pink.
The
background for this card used the Bokeh Technique. The circles were created using Versamark Ink
with two different size sponge applicators.
These were heat set with Sparkle Embossing Powder. Then the different colors of glitter were
added by stamping the circles with Versamark again, adding the glitter (one
color at a time), and heat setting again.

A glue pen was used
to add the Exulted Pink to part of the sentiment and strips of
1/8" Double Sided "Tear-ific" Tape were used to add the
additional neon glitters.
