Winter Flowers

This card is created using my one and only Our Daily Bread Designs stamp set that I am still borrowing.  I have not received the stamps that I won yet, so decided to get creative again and use this stamp set to make a card with a Winter theme.  The card has a white base with a blue layer on top.  I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder to add the bird and branch.  I rubbed white Stazon ink over the embossed image and along the edges of the blue layer.

I stamped the flowers with blue ink onto white, then layered this on top of a blue label that was actually punched out using a new MS border/corner punch. I rubbed some dark blue ink around the edges, then layered it on a white layer that I trimmed around it.  I adhered this to the card, then added icicles, trees, and snowflakes, all punched out using MS punches.  A shimmery, white bow added the final touch.

I entered this is in the ODBDSLC35 Your choice of our top 3 challenge -choice of our top 3 challenges at ODBD:
1- Sparkle
2- Dies or Punches
3- Texture it

I used Dies or Punches.  I am a bit obsessed with Marth Stewart border punches.

Other Challenges are:
Lexi's Creations - Anything Goes
Fussy and Fancy - Winter Wonderland
