The
front of the card has layers of white, teal, and glitter. I used two different corner border punches,
along with a Spellbinder Die and an embossing folder. I used "Tear-ific Tape" to add added
the new Cloud Nine Velvet Glitter to the edges with the heart border.
I created a large bow with some lovely decorative sheer ribbon and added it to the top left corner, along with some handmade roses. I sponged the two smaller roses with a little pink ink and added glitter to all of the flowers, using Brushable Glue.
For
the inside of the card I added more punched layers. I embossed the Music Background in Silver Pearl again, but also added the Solid Monarch in a few
places. I added teal cardstock covered
with the same ribbon across the center. The hearts are cut with Spellbinder dies and their
names are written with a Penboss Marker and embossed with Poolside EP.
The final touch was to add tiny pink pearls to the punched border on
both the front and the inside.
Here is the final card. I
hope this will be a keepsake for them of this exciting time in their lives.
