No card today because I am trying to catch up on a few things. Today I have spent quite a bit of time praying because tomorrow is a big day for my family. As some of you know, I have a sister that lives in Israel, and she was diagnosed with cancer in February. She seemed to be doing better but then her tumors began to grow more and and the chemo wasn't helping. Her doctor has run some additional test to see if there is something else they can do for her. Tomorrow she meets with her doctor to get the results of the test and see what her future holds. I am so glad that her son and daughter-in-law, who are missionaries in Africa, were able to come spend a week with her and give her a chance to meet her first grandbaby.
Tomorrow is also a big day for my youngest sister, Karla. She was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and is having surgery tomorrow morning. After a short recovery she will start chemo. Please remember my family in prayer.

I am certainly praying for both of them.
Oh, Marie. I had no idea about all this. I believe in the power of prayer, and am doing so. Please keep us updated as you are able. Hugs to you and your family.
