July
has arrived and it is time for a new challenge at Just For Fun Rubber Stamps Blog. What is better than Christmas in
July with Sparkle. It was so hot by me that it was refreshing to create a Christmas card.
For this card the Just for Fun Bells and Holly image was colored with Copic Markers and layered
on green and white. A little sparkle was
added using a Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen.
I also added a little ink splatter to coordinate more of the background layer
coloring. The simple sentiment, from the
Sentiments 1 Unmounted Sheet, was layered along the bottom.
The
background design was created by stamping and heat embossing the Holly Background in white on watercolor paper.
Then Brusho Crystal Colors were added. After coloring the little berries, a little
more sparkle was added to each leaf with the Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen.
You can see a little of this on the right side of the picture.
Head
on over to the Just For Fun Rubber Stamps Blog to get all the details of the
challenge and get more inspiration from my fellow designers.
I
look forward to seeing what you create!
