Just last week the Reindeer stamp set was revealed. It features the outline version of a family of deer, but it also includes a nice silhouette of a deer. I used that for today’s card.
I used the digi version and, after printing, I cut it out. I wanted to give it some additional sparkle so I used the Glitter Paper Technique to add Ebony Spark embossing powder. Then I layered it on gold, die cut with Spellbinders’ Fleur de Elegance die. This was added to some velvet, patterned designer paper, layers of black and gold, and the red card base.
I sponged the edges of the sentiment and layered on gold, cut with Spellbinders’ Long Classic Scalloped Rectangles die. This was added to a die, cut from Spellbinders’ Resplendent Rectangles, which was also covered with Ebony Spark embossing powder.
This is a great card to send to your friends and family at Christmas as it is easy to create, but has a rich, elegant look.
