I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine’s Day and some time with those you love. I had fun spending the day with Just For Fun,
helping with their Make N Take at the stamp convention in Columbia, SC. After a great weekend with lots of delightful
stampers, I made it home in time to go out for desert with the hubby. I have to admit that I somehow ran out of gas
on the way home (problem with my gas gauge), but with the help of a sweet,
young couple I still made it home on a timely basis.
I
have one more Valentine’s card to share, though you easily could use it for
other occasions.
The
JFF image, StampTangle Garden Heart, was heat embossed in white. Then the Stacked Blocks stamp was inked with
Distress Ink and lightly spritzed with water and stamped across the background,
alternating colors. Excess ink was wiped
off of the embossed image and a few splatter drops added.
The
sentiment, from JFF’s Sentiments 1 Unmounted Sheet, was stamped with Picked Raspberry
Distress Ink and a sheer bow and jewels were added to the card front.
Have
a wonderful week.
E. Marie
