Sparkle N Sprinkle's January 1 Reveal

Happy New Year and
Welcome to Sparkle N Sprinkle's January 1 Reveal.

We hope you enjoy all the new SNS products in 2014.
Among them are new, less expensive stamp sets, our own line of digital stamps, and an exclusive line of designer papers to match our glitters and embossing powders.

This month we are featuring four fun new stamp sets by artists Michelle P erkett and Beccy Muir (whose design team is also showcasing her new images)
and EIGHT chances to win

Four chances in our "January 1 Reveal" Contest (details below)
 and
four more chances with the SNS monthly challenge
where the monthly theme is always
"Anything Goes with Glitter, Embossing Powder and/or Flocking."

The Spunky Valentine stamp set is available on line or is included in Jazzy Jill's Technique Video for the month.

Four Winners (one for each new stamp set) will be selected by Random.org during the Designers Mystery Party. Winners will also get to choose one Glitter and one Embossing Powder to go with their new stamp set.

How the Mystery Party works:

On four of the participating blogs below,
a Commenter will be selected to receive the prize
No one knows who the FOUR Mystery Designers are,
so you may wish to visit each blog to leave a comment.

The winners will be announced on January 3 on Facebook, the SNS blog, and on our blogs:

This card uses the Spunky Valentine set and the Single Z Fold card tutorial in the SNS Tips and Techniques.  I used the new Pocket Full of Papers Blue Pathways paper, punching the outer edges with a border punch and layering on pink and the white card base.  I stamped the group of hearts randomly on the paper and heat embossed with Velvet Sparkle Embossing Powder.

I die cut the hearts from pink cardstock and stamped them with the sentiment and flourishes from the Flourish 2 set with VersaMark Ink.  I heat embossed using Stickum Powder and added Pixie Violet and Orchid Rose Velvet glitters.  These were lovely like this but I just had to go for more sparkle so I covered them with VersaMark Ink and Velvet Sparkle EP

Spunky was stamped with Memento ink, colored with Copic Markers, and fussy cut.  I added Twinkling Clouds Sparkle N Soft to the white sections, using brushable glue.  I stamped the heart from the image on the Blue Pathways paper, fussy cut, and used the glue pen to add Pixie Violet Velvet Glitter to the Be Mine.  Once again, I covered the entire heart with VersaMark Ink and Velvet Sparkle EP.  I layered this on the main image and then fussy cut the little hands from a third stamped image and popped them up with dimensionals.  I added him to the big heart so he was peeking from behind the smaller heart when the card is closed.

The Happy Valentine's was cut from sticker paper using my Cricut and Lyrical Letters Cartridge.  I removed the protective layer from the letters only and added Pixie Violet Velvet Glitter.  I trimmed around the words, removed the remaining protective layer, and added Cloud Nine Velvet Glitter.

Here is the finished card, opened.  Don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to win - I might be one of the secret designers!  For more chances to win, along with some great inspiration, visit each of the other designers' blogs and leave comments.

Cute card and those velvet glitters are to die for I personally think they are so much better than regular glitter. So soft yet so much glitz. Love it.

Hi Marie, Love your card! I like how clear the skunks facial features show up on it.
Can't wait to see the new line of papers! The blue you used is very pretty. Cute the way you have skunk peeking out. Think I might just have to get this set of stamps.
Thanks for sharing your idea with us.

Marie, I really liked your choice of the folded card with Spunky. This is such a cute stamp set, and loved those pretty new papers too. Saw a fav MS heart punch which really decorated up your lovely card just super. Thanks for showing a fun way to use Spunky. Our area is so cold, so hope you are staying nice & cozy warm. TFS & Hugs
