Back
to share another project for the 2017 Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. This project was recently shared with my
local stamp club by a fellow member. I
missed this meeting but had a fun day stamping with one of my friends from the
club and she was kind enough to share.
This
is created from a simple template, using scoring and punching. Layers of coordinating decorative cardstock
are added to the various panels and the handle and base are created with oval
and scalloped circle dies.
I
added Distress Ink to create two colors of ribbon to create the bow and die cut
a small tag for the sentiment (from a retired Whimsey Stamps set). I just realized I need to go back and add
something sparkly to the middle of the cute flowers I cut, using Sue Wilson's Camellia Open die.
