Sparkle N Sprinkle Girly Girls and Macho Mania Blog Hop!!

Welcome to the Sparkle N Sprinkle Girly Girls and Macho Mania Blog Hop!!  If you have arrived here from Jackie Smith’s blog, you are in the right place.  If you just stopped by, you might want to start at the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog to get all the details.

The hop runs from Friday, July 12 through Saturday, July 13 and the winners will be announced on Sunday, July 14.  Speaking of winners, you will have a chance to win one of 5 different prizes by hopping to each designer’s blog and leaving a comment.  You don’t want to miss out on this because the grand prize is a stamp set of your choice!!

Here is the line up in case you need it:

Marie Berquist (you are here)

For my card, I decided to go with the Girlie Girls.

I used this great image from the Art Deco-Ladies stamp set.  I heat embossed her with Black Detail EP on white cardstock and again in White Detail EP on black cardstock.  I combined the two, die cut them, and added to layers of gold and red die cuts.  All of this is added to an inked deco looking embossed background.  The sentiment is from the Vintage Boutique set, heat embossed in white on black.

I had a lot of fun with this card.  You can find the full details on how to make it here in the SNS Gallery.

It is time to make your last hop to Brenda Smalle’s blog for some final inspiration!!  Please don’t forget to leave a comment before you hop, so you can be in the running for one of those prizes!!

Thanks for hopping by!!

E. Marie
